Refund policy
You may return your product within 7 days of receiving it in its original packed condition, unassembled, unused and in sellable condition.
In such an event, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price less shipping fees in both directions.
Should you find that upon opening your product or during assembly, there is a manufacturer defect or damage which may have been caused during transport, please e-mail such information to info@happytoddlerbeds.co.za within 24 hours from the time of receiving your product with a video or photo confirming the defect or damage. Once this has been reviewed by our team, we will arrange for any replacement parts or repair of damaged items.
After the initial inspection, there will be a warranty period of 6 months from date of purchase where manufacturer related defects will be covered.
However, all damages incurred by client will be fixed at the client’s cost.
