• You may return your product within 7 days of receiving it in its original packed condition, unassembled, unused and in sellable condition.
  • In such an event, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price less shipping fees in both directions.


  • Should you find that upon opening your product or during assembly, there is a manufacturer defect or damage which may have been caused during transport, please e-mail such information to within 24 hours from the time of receiving your product with a video or photo confirming the defect or damage. Once this has been reviewed by our team, we will arrange for any replacement parts or repair of damaged items.
  • After the initial inspection, there will be a warranty period of 6 months from date of purchase where manufacturer related defects will be covered.
  • However, all damages incurred by client will be fixed at the client’s cost.
